If I could give Garage Door Medics and Rick a 10 I would. I was kept informed at every step of the way. Rick arrived on time and went right to work diagnosing the problem with my 30+ year old operating system..Rick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed maintenance on the old springs and motor mechanism and the system is working quite well. Rick did note that I should consider getting new springs and a motor in the near future. This was no surprise to me and I will be doing this soon as he gave me a very reasonable quote. There was no pressure to do this which I appreciated. Rick was very easy and fun to work with. The overall experience was very positive. I would highly recommend Rick and Garage Door Medics. .

I had an excellent experience with Garage Door Medics from start to finish. Jan helped me with the estimate and was very knowledgeable, clear, and professional. He took the time to explain the door options, hardware, track radius, insulation, windows, weather seal, and overall scope of the job so I understood exactly what I was getting. The installation itself was handled by Pedro, and he was outstanding. I received a notification when he was dispatched, and then Pedro called me in the morning to let me know he was on his way and gave me an approximate arrival time. When he arrived, he introduced himself, was very polite, kind, and professional, and walked me through what he was going to do before starting. Pedro confirmed all the parts being replaced, explained what was being removed, and made it clear that everything was being taken away except the existing opener motor. He completed the installation in about 3.5 hours, aligned everything properly, programmed the door and remotes, tested the door multiple times to make sure it opened and closed correctly, and then went over basic maintenance with me, including where and how to lubricate the door. He also cleaned the door before leaving and cleaned up the entire work area. He even used a leaf blower and left the garage just as clean as he found it. The new door looks great, operates smoothly, and the entire process was handled professionally. Jan was great during the quoting process, and Pedro did an amazing job on the installation. Because of the quality of the service and the overall experience, I’m also signing up for their annual maintenance plan. I would absolutely recommend Garage Door Medics.

For a home services business they set the standard! Garage Door Medics has serviced us for several years now. I called due to some issues with squeaking and alignment, and they fit us into the schedule same day as they were in the area. The phone was answered almost immediately, and it took me less than three minutes to schedule with a very nice well spoken lady on the phone. Avi showed up early, clean cut and very personable in a clean branded van. He was efficient in diagnosing and fixing all our issues with parts he already had in the van and even took the time to reset our clock and end points for a better close. Four months I dealt with issues on this door without enough time to “deal” with it. Garage Door medics had it completely fixed in less than two hours from the time I picked up the phone to completion. I should’ve called them a long time ago as the process was painless. If you need something with your garage door, pick up the phone and call them.

A spring broke in our heavy wooden door on Saturday afternoon and by midmorning on Monday, Bryan of Garage Door Medics, had completed the replacement of all involved parts, made adjustments to improve our seal and was finished. We are back to having an operational garage door. Excellent service.

The garage door was acting possessed going up and down constantly whenever we pushed the garage door button and it was time consuming and frustrating trying to get the garage door to stay closed. Matt who had done major repairs on the door a year ago was scheduled for our appointment. Within a few minutes he was able to reprogram the garage door motor and remotes and tested them both to ensure they worked perfectly. With a smile and a wave he said call me anytime.

Lucas did an amazing job with replacing the springs and cables for my garage door! Not only was he on-time with the arrival, he also walked me through the three different options for repairs, ranking them from good / better / best. We have used Garage Medics to install, service, and maintain our garage doors. Yesterday Avi came out for a door tune up. He was professional and diligent in his approach, and explained the conditions and service recommendations in an easy to understand way. Came out in a days notice, fixed my garage door for the $49 trip charge. I had asked for a quote for 3 new garage doors and the gentleman said he was too busy to give me a quote. Seems like his priorities were not inline. He’s out on a $49 service call and could potentially sell 3 new doors and motors and he claims he’s too busy. Stupid IMO.
