Matt and Pedro did a great job. They came and fixed up our non standard garage doors the next day! Bridget was also amazing organizing and making sure the scheduling and pricing worked for us. I am so thankful they were able to come out so quickly and get the work done in 1 day! They gave us great service and we are so happy with the results. Over the last couple of years I have had great experiences with Garage Door Medics. Matthew has been out to install a new garage opener motor and also helped when the door was shuttering. I thought the track needed adjustment from expanding with weather temperature changes, but it turned out that all I needed was a new set of rollers. The door opens smoothly and is so much quieter. He was super knowledgeable and professional. Then recently when I unintentionally changed the remote program code and none of the openers were working, he saved me again. Top notch service every single time. I highly recommend going with these guys…just call them!

Lucas couldn’t have been better. My garage door fell on my car while I was in it.The door was not only ruined but part of the top of the car, the fin shaped antenna, was torn partially off. I, understandably, was quite upset. He was incredibly patient and understanding with my dilemma. He gave me many options for what we could do about the door after he had physically bent it back into shape. He explained that if I replaced the door, I would have to replace the motor because of the requirements of Sacramento. He used masking tape to put the fin back in but strongly, encouraged me to get it fixed professionally immediately by somebody I trusted. If water got in — and we are expecting rain -– it could cause untold damage. In no way was he condescending. He included me in all of the decisions. He is a model for a service tech. Carole Spencer

Lance was our technician. He did a wonderful job – arrived on time and did all of the work quickly and our new garage opener is working great. He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend his services.

Came out to service my garage door the same day I called. Technician Alfonso was prompt and very courteous. He assessed my needs and showed me my options. Once decided, he said it would take 3-4 hours. Which I was ok with. Work was done in about 3 hours and we and very pleased with our new garage door opener. Alphonso explained the operation of the new opener to me. The only thing I was not happy with is that a part of my water softener was broken. I was able to tape it back together. Over all I am bery happy with the work that was done. Not sure about cost but I have no comparisons to go by.

Ask for Lance. He saved our bacon when we were accidently locked out of our garage without a working garage door opener. Finally called Garage Door Medics after 4 days without access to our only car – great decision, should have called sooner. Polite easy to talk to receptionist; manager also very helpful and moved our appointment to an earlier time slot. Excellent overall; highly recommended.

What a refreshingly wonderful company! When our nearly 20 year old opener malfunctioned, Lance came out quickly and walked us through a number of options from repairing to various replacement choices. It turned out to be most cost-effective to replace the unit, and that also made sense given the age of our old unit and the availability of parts. Lance recommended a unit I bought myself that was ideal for our door type and weight. It was easy to schedule a time for the installation and Lance arrived within the window. We received a heads up when he was on the way and he completed the work quickly. Once he was done he walked us through everything we needed to know about the new opener and the technology which has advanced a lot from our previous unit. Everyone in the organization from scheduling to billing was fantastic to work with and the prices and value were great. Highly recommended.
