I had rats or mice chew through the lower seal of my garage door (between the door and the cement). I read about rodent proof seal replacement and I called more than one garage door repair company and garage door medics are the only company that knew what I was talking about. Their tech Hunter came out and replaced the seal with a rodent proof one and did some general tune up on the door. I am very pleased with him and the results. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is cost. Replacing that seal cost ~1000.00 bucks (supposedly my door was missing something that allowed the seal installation which had to be intalled prior to the seal). That was some serious sticker shock for me.
