Ask for Lance. He saved our bacon when we were accidently locked out of our garage without a working garage door opener. Finally called Garage Door Medics after 4 days without access to our only car – great decision, should have called sooner. Polite easy to talk to receptionist; manager also very helpful and moved our appointment to an earlier time slot. Excellent overall; highly recommended.
