Rick did an awesome job. Had our garage door back in action and ready for use quickly and professionally.

Very prompt service, technician was very skilled.

Hunter at Garage Door Medics was great to work with! He’s personable, clearly enjoys what he does, and made the whole interaction a great experience. What I appreciated most was that he explained the concerns and what to keep an eye on without any of the high-pressure sales tactics you often get from other companies. He was honest, professional, and easy to talk to, which goes a long way. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely seems to care about doing a good job rather than just making a sale. I’d definitely recommend Hunter and Garage Door Medic!

We need more people like Lance!

You're Garage door Technician was professional

Ask for Lance. He saved our bacon when we were accidently locked out of our garage without a working garage door opener. Finally called Garage Door Medics after 4 days without access to our only car – great decision, should have called sooner. Polite easy to talk to receptionist; manager also very helpful and moved our appointment to an earlier time slot. Excellent overall; highly recommended.

Motor, spring, ball bearings replacement.

Eliseo was knowledgeable and able to fix every issue we had with our garage. Our garage door opener is now linked up to all our apps and clicked again. The maintenance done on it has it working like new again. Thank you!

What a refreshingly wonderful company! When our nearly 20 year old opener malfunctioned, Lance came out quickly and walked us through a number of options from repairing to various replacement choices. It turned out to be most cost-effective to replace the unit, and that also made sense given the age of our old unit and the availability of parts. Lance recommended a unit I bought myself that was ideal for our door type and weight. It was easy to schedule a time for the installation and Lance arrived within the window. We received a heads up when he was on the way and he completed the work quickly. Once he was done he walked us through everything we needed to know about the new opener and the technology which has advanced a lot from our previous unit. Everyone in the organization from scheduling to billing was fantastic to work with and the prices and value were great. Highly recommended.
