Alfonso came out yesterday. He was incredibly professional and very very knowledgeable. He was totally Service oriented and a pleasure to deal with. He analyzed the problem and diagnosed very very quickly and was able to get me options. I was given several options, depending on whether I wanted a good option a A better option or the best option. All were viable and doable, and it was my decision based on cost. The option I chose was implemented immediately all service and work done quickly, and he cleaned up everything as if he was never there and took all of the old mechanisms and parts with him so I had really nothing to do but take a lesson on how to use my new garage door opener. I highly recommend garage door medics and specifically Alfonso. He’s wonderful.

I had an original garage door installed about 25 years ago. When II had an original garage door installed about 25 years ago. When I attempted to open it on the day of the service, the cable going to a central portion of the roof broke, and I needed to be repaired. The technician, Hunter Depolo, recommender that I install a modern device that was smaller and was attached directly to the roller bar. I took his advice. He removed the old opening device and installed the new one. He then set up the codes to the new device an outside code box and the car opening devices. His work was excellent and he showed me how to operate everything. The service was excellent.

After my garage broke I quickly got on line and was able to book a next day appointment for the service. The technician Rick was on time and able to see the problem right away. He gave me a good price, made sure the springs were correct and even better than I had before. He even recommended cables that were rusting and probably going to go out as well. I appreciated the suggestion. He had all the parts and was in and out within a couple hours. I would highly recommend them.

My garage door got all twisted due to a broom handle in the track. Who knew a broom handle could cause such damage. The Garage Door Medics were able to come out right away and Alfonso did a good job explaining what was damaged and what it would take to fix it. Then he got right on it and got it done even though it meant working after dark. I really appreciate the fast service and knowledgeable work. Great Guys.
