Fast service, clear Explanations, work done very well

when my garage door stopped gong up and down I called Garage Door Medics because they had done some spring repair work on my door several years ago. The office sent out their tech Alfonso Lopez the same afternoon and he discovered my old liftmaster motor had finally trashed itself so I asked him to install a new motor. I didnt realize at the time that he also installed a new drive track, new rollers, wiring, wall controller and safety beams. Plus he rebalanced the door and inspected all the springs and cables. I highly recommend GD Medics for their efficiency and fairness, and Alfonso, in particular for his professionalism, no nonsense attitude and friendly demeanor. He took away all the old parts and left everything clean as a whistle.

Great service I called and was able to get a technician the very next day. Bryan wa extremely knowledgeable and gave me options for my problem. Service was completed in about 2 hours and I am completely satisfied!

Door went kablooie on Saturday. Alfonso Rojas came on Sunday morning and got me back in business. He was professional, gave me a couple of repair options and completed the repair in a couple of hours. I’m completely satisfied with the ease of scheduling, having the work done on a Sunday, and the knowledge Alfonso had to get the job done.

Very friendly, fast response and efficient

Lance is an experienced garage door technician. He diagnosed the issue with our door right off the bat. We have an unorthodox garage door system yet Lance was completely comfortable and knowledgeable.I feel he is honest and I can trust him. I know he will get our door back in action.

Very professional. Repair was done quickly. Lance has done work for us before and I have always found him to be top notch.

My garage door would not open and I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. I called the Garage Door Medics and the receptionist was very helpful. She told me someone would arrive at my home between noon and 2pm. Dustin arrived around 1230pm. He was very polite and explained to me why the door wasn’t working. Based on his observations, he provided me with 3 options and included the cost of each one. He explained each option and he didn’t try to pressure me into to making a quick decision. My husband was not home but Dustin took the time to speak with him on the phone. We agreed upon an option and Dustin fixed the door within 30 minutes! Very impressive service!

My garage keypad didn’t work, Raul showed up and fainted the problem and fixed it quickly. These guys are great!

Alfonso is an awesome technician. Called, arrived as expected, did a through inspection and advised me of my options. He did my selected repairs quickly and efficiently, double checking all along the process. When finished, he explained everything to me, making sure I understood and was happy. Alfonso is a literal dynamo when working. No wasted steps, no downtime and to top it off, he completely cleaned up the work area when he was done. I was so impressed with his initial assessment of my first garage door, that I had him install a new system on a second home next door. Same story with his work there too! Alfonso is the go to man for garage door repairs!!

Let me start out by saying – RICK WEAVER IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER! He knows his job. Very informative; gives recommendations on what should be done to keep my garage door opener working at its best. Had the answers to all of my preventative maintenance questions. HE DIDN’T STUTTER ONCE! Don’t know how much you’re paying him but I would definitely give him a raise every year. People this knowledgeable that likes what they’re doing are hard to come by. I look forward to seeing him in October.

Great service very helpful very good attitude

Overall great experience dealing with Garage Door Medics. Our 15-20 year old garage opener finally went out on us the day prior(Friday afternoon). I called a few companies and Garage Door Medics was very helpful and said they could have a technician out the following day between 1-5pm. Hunter the tech got to the house around 1:30pm and gave me a heads up 20 min prior to arrival. Hunter was professional and very helpful with going over problems he found with our door. He provided us with a few options and explained what the most important fixes would be which was on the lower end of the price ranges. Hunter even took care of some small worn parts for free. The whole process took about an hour, which I was happy with and went over new features with newer garage openers. Overall great experience minus having to get the garage door fixed in general. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Alfonso came out yesterday. He was incredibly professional and very very knowledgeable. He was totally Service oriented and a pleasure to deal with. He analyzed the problem and diagnosed very very quickly and was able to get me options. I was given several options, depending on whether I wanted a good option a A better option or the best option. All were viable and doable, and it was my decision based on cost. The option I chose was implemented immediately all service and work done quickly, and he cleaned up everything as if he was never there and took all of the old mechanisms and parts with him so I had really nothing to do but take a lesson on how to use my new garage door opener. I highly recommend garage door medics and specifically Alfonso. He’s wonderful.
