When calling into inquire about their services Al was courteous and polite in answering all my questions. Aware of our tight time demands, Al did his very best to schedule a technician to meet our needs. Our technician was Hunter DePolo, he was very professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful in explaining various options to repair or replace and setup applications. He was fast installing, clean and respectful of our personal items. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Not very friendly. Also wanted to charge 1500 for a door opener that normally costs 200. No explanation just “that’s what we charge”. Don’t use them.

Garage Door Medics are the real deal. After being out of our home for 6 weeks due to flooding our garage door spring decided to call it quits at 9:30 PM and wouldn’t close. I called a couple of companies first thing in the morning got some estimates. But what set Rick and the GDM apart was Rick’s cordial personality and explanation of the solution. The next time I have garage door problems GDM will be first and only call, I would suggest the same to you, money well spent.

Great customer support with no hidden fees. I was quoted for the repair and everything was explained to me prior to the work starting. 15 minutes later the parts that were affected were replaced and the track was fixed so it would not happen again.

Very happy with a thorough service

Bad I called because my broken garage door needs to be replaced stead they charged me $95 just to show up Rick supposed to call me back with an estimate for replacing both doors wait 3 weeks still not received any calls I called the office and asked for my estimates someone told me that they will call me back never did. I assumed this guys just want easy money show up them charge some money for visiting your house this guys are junk

I had rats or mice chew through the lower seal of my garage door (between the door and the cement). I read about rodent proof seal replacement and I called more than one garage door repair company and garage door medics are the only company that knew what I was talking about. Their tech Hunter came out and replaced the seal with a rodent proof one and did some general tune up on the door. I am very pleased with him and the results. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is cost. Replacing that seal cost ~1000.00 bucks (supposedly my door was missing something that allowed the seal installation which had to be intalled prior to the seal). That was some serious sticker shock for me.

Lucas was very professional and explained why our remotes were not working, and then explained our options and the trend of technology so we could make an informed decision about whether to repair our existing unit or purchase a new product. He was friendly and efficient.

Beyond impressed with Hunter and the team at Garage Door Medics. I am so accustomed to being upsold whenever something happens to my garage door and it was a refreshing change to have the door fixed at such a reasonable price. Great team, great integrity, will use again without a doubt..

Excellent service for an emergency fix.

Got help from Lucas with some trouble with our garage door sensors. Based on his suggestion, we replaced the sensors, opener, and springs which were over 20 years old. Extremely happy with the service and results. Lucas was knowledgeable, honest, and very professional, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

Was WAY OVERCHARGED! $800 to replace two ordinary springs, of which one was broken. They had previously replaced the garage door opener and serviced it several times. So I trusted them. I should have gotten other estimates. I checked prices after the work had started on Google search and the results confirmed that I was grossly OVERCHARGED! I also posted on Nextdoor and the response was overwhelming confirming that I had been fleeced in a major way. I hope they are professional enough to refund me at least 50% of the $800. I also asked the tech to give me one of the parts he claimed he replaced, but he never did. He was to email me the invoice, but he never did. Clearly very unethical!
