My elderly father, who is disabled, called this company to have a broken spring replaced. He called me, saying the price seemed high. I went over to his house, called another company, and told Garage Door Medics to leave. The price he was quoted was more than double the normal. The tech they sent was very professional and completely understood my frustration. My dad was still charged a $49.00 fee, which I understand, but even after that, it was still less than half the cost using another local company. I would recommend calling around to local companies before using this company.

Hello, My experience with Avi and Garage Door Medics was and has been fantastic. Avi had serviced my garage door the first time in 2019. The day after Christmas 2025 I had another issue with the door. I called and he was there a day later with prompt service! I highly recommend Garage Door Medics and Avi! They get 5 stars from me!

The door was fixed and usable again. Internal wear was not discussed. No testing was shown. Maintenance guidance was missing. The service felt average.
