We have had the same technician (Lucas) come out to install a new motor and also make adjustments afterwards. Garage Door Medics is able to get us booked quickly and Lucas does an excellent job addressing all our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Garage Door Medics and Lucas.

This was a thoroughly great experience under the circumstances. Lance Thurlow was our tech and he was the epitome of professional. He immediately recognized the issues with our garage door and offered several solutions. He didn’t pressure us at all or try to upsale any of the products. He quoted a time for repair and finished sooner. He also did a thorough job of setting up the devices and providing us with hands on to do the same. I will definitely use this group again should the need arise and would recommend them to family and friends!!

Lucas out to diagnose a door that was not closing correctly. He quickly had the issue resolved. Only paid the $99 service fee. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable regarding his trade. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a good reliable garage door service!
