Lucas was an amazing tech. He called to let me know when he’d be arriving. I told him what I thought the issue was and he verified it and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. He did an entire safety sensor re-wire and op test like it was nothing! I highly recommend Garage dooo Dr. And Lucas specifically if you can request a specific technician.

He conducted a thorough assessment and was very clear in his communication about the issue and options for repair. I highly recommend this company and specifically Avi!

when my garage door stopped gong up and down I called Garage Door Medics because they had done some spring repair work on my door several years ago. The office sent out their tech Alfonso Lopez the same afternoon and he discovered my old liftmaster motor had finally trashed itself so I asked him to install a new motor. I didnt realize at the time that he also installed a new drive track, new rollers, wiring, wall controller and safety beams. Plus he rebalanced the door and inspected all the springs and cables. I highly recommend GD Medics for their efficiency and fairness, and Alfonso, in particular for his professionalism, no nonsense attitude and friendly demeanor. He took away all the old parts and left everything clean as a whistle.

I got a tune up this year. Garage door medics contacted me because it had been 1 year since they had been here. Better to have a working garage door than get stuck with a non working door. They were on time, courteous and fast.
