What a pleasure David was! He diagnosed the problem quickly. Was very professional throughout the job. He put my worries and concerns to rest. Out of all the garage door companies, I’m very happy I chose them.

If I could give Garage Door Medics and Rick a 10 I would. I was kept informed at every step of the way. Rick arrived on time and went right to work diagnosing the problem with my 30+ year old operating system..Rick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed maintenance on the old springs and motor mechanism and the system is working quite well. Rick did note that I should consider getting new springs and a motor in the near future. This was no surprise to me and I will be doing this soon as he gave me a very reasonable quote. There was no pressure to do this which I appreciated. Rick was very easy and fun to work with. The overall experience was very positive. I would highly recommend Rick and Garage Door Medics. .
