Very good

Lance is the technician that repaired our garage door who was excellent at his work, very personable, friendly and professional in every sense of way he performed his job. He made sure that he gave me the cost estimate and how long it would take him to do the repair. Thank you for sending such a thorough person to do the repairs.

Garage Door medic Alfonso L came to our rescue on Friday. He gently diagnosed and explained our old Liftmaster was dead. He worked really hard installing the replacement and balancing the door. He was very patience in explaining how to use a QR code to install, setup, and configure the MyQ app. The new system is so quiet & smooth. Thank you garage door medic for rescuing us. We had no idea we should be worried that we were not up to code without a battery backup–we're good now! The neighbors are jealous and will be calling you too.
